About Yisrael:

Born in 2002, Yisrael’s musical talent became apparent at a very early age when he started singing in shul with his father, a cantor in Toronto.   He quickly became a local singing sensation and appeared in front of large audiences at venues such as the Ford Centre for the Arts and the Hummingbird Centre.  Yisrael began davening as a Baal Tefillah immediately after his Bar Mitzvah and he has davened and sung in Canada, the US, Europe and Israel. Educated in Toronto and at Yeshivat Torat Shraga in Jerusalem, he currently serves as the IDF Cantor of Israel’s National Memorial Hall for Fallen Soldiers at Mount Herzl, Jerusalem.
